Sarah was born in Boynton Beach, Florida and relocated to upstate New York shortly after. At the age of four, after her parents brought her to see "Beauty and the Beast" on Broadway, she knew she wanted to be an actress.

Sarah spent most of her adolescence in Valdosta, Georgia where she attended Valwood College Prep. School. There, she excelled at academics, athletics, and the arts.  After high school graduation, she immediately moved to NYC where she received a certificate of completion in Musical Theater, from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. 

Although Sarah is a beach girl at heart, she currently resides in NYC where she is mostly involved in film/television and fashion modeling.
